Upchurch Village Hall Needs You!
Many of you will know that the village hall needs a lot of remedial work to bring it up to standard. With this in mind a group of concerned villagers have formed a help group calling themselves “Friends of Upchurch Village Hall”.
Their first fund raising event is on Friday the 28th of April, a “Wine & Wisdom Evening”, so look out for the advertisements in the next few weeks.
Tickets will be available at £5.00 per person (tables of 6) and include a glass of wine (or soft drink) and a ploughman’s supper.
The group needs your help, it’s not a taxing task, just a little bit of your time and enthusiasm is all that is needed.
