Established over 65 years ago, Upchurch Darby & Joan has hosted weekly meetings for older residents from Upchurch and the surrounding area.
The club has been an important lifeline for many of it's members, offering friendly support and the chance to meet up, have a chat and enjoy one another's company.
With Christmas approaching the future for the club and it's 40 members looks uncertain. The current organisers will be stepping down at the end of the year, and so the club are appealing for new blood to come in and continue their good work, helping to secure the club's future.
