The beautiful seasonal cascading planter at the corner of Horsham Lane and the barrier baskets on the new Recreation Ground fence are once again brightening up the centre of Upchurch village.
Last seasons planters gave weeks of beautiful colour, and so Upchurch Parish Council ensured their return again this year.
