200 New Homes Planned for Lower Rainham Road, Rainham

Residents living near Wooleys Orchard - the former Boot Fair field on the Lower Rainham Road have received letters from Peel Investments North Ltd (the land owners) asking for their views ahead of them submitting an outline planning application to Medway Council for 200 new homes on the site.

Peel say: “Comments and suggestions received by Friday 30th March 2018 will be taken into consideration where possible when finalising their proposals for the site.”
