Upchurch Parish Council would like to hear residents feedback on street light options available to the Council at a public meeting to be held at 7:30pm on Thursday 4th October, prior to the regular monthly Parish Council meeting.

2. To consider applying for borrowing approval from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government to take out an interest free loan with Salix, repayable over five years, to upgrade the street lighting.
