110 New Homes Proposed on Street Farm

Gladman Developments is proposing a new residential development of approximately 110 homes on land off Forge Lane, Upchurch, known locally as Street Farm

An initial leaflet has been distributed to approximately 530 households and businesses in Upchurch.

The Gladman Website says:

“A series of consultation boards are available to view on this website. The boards provide outline details of the scheme and will seek comments from the local community on our current proposals.

All public comments received during the consultation process will be considered. An outline planning application will be submitted in due course to Swale Borough Council which will include a Statement of Community Involvement (SCI).

The SCI will include details of how your comments and suggestions have been considered to shape the development.

The full SCI will be available on the Local Authority website once the application is submitted.

A Summary of Comments and Responses taken from the SCI will be available to view in due course.”
