Upchurch Village Hall Management Committee - Vacancy for a Minutes Secretary
Upchurch Village Hall Management Committee help maintain and run our local village hall and without this team of committed volunteers many local groups would have nowhere to meet.
The Village Hall has been used for over 60 years. The hall is currently used for the local pantomime, UpARA meetings, W.I. meetings, bowls, Tai Chi. It is also used by the Church and the School as well as for private functions such as Weddings, Anniversaries and Children’s Parties to name but a few.
We now need a volunteer to take minutes at our monthly meeting.
Meeting on every second Wednesday of the month we need a Minutes Secretary, someone to volunteer to attend and take the minutes at our monthly meeting, write them up and issue to the committee members. The ability to use Microsoft Word and Email would be useful whilst no experience of taking minutes is necessary.
If you have some spare time, about 3 to 4 hours each month, please consider volunteering for this role.
If you are interested, please contact Edward by Email: edwardm18@aol.com
Thank you
Edward Murphy
