Hi everyone,

Come along to our Christmas Rainbow Café on Thursday the 2nd of December between 2:00pm and 5:00pm.

As well as our usual delicious homemade cakes, savouries and kids snack deal, we will have mince pies and mulled wine.

There will be a Christmas story, carol singing and some great Christmas crafts for the kids.

All are welcome.

Upchurch Matters

The Organ at St Mary the Virgin, Upchurch - Fundraising Appeal - Thank You

Click photographs to enlarge.

I have been quite overwhelmed by the wonderful response to our fundraising appeal to help pay for the maintenance work required on the organ in our church.

Members of the congregation and people of the wider community of Upchurch have given generously, as well as others from outside the village.

I can report that we have successfully raised the amount required and the work should be happening in December.

This will ensure that the organ will continue to function and support the music in church for many years to come.

A big thank you from our Parochial Church Council and myself!
