Emergency Road Closure - Wallbridge Lane, Upchurch



It will be necessary to close Wallbridge Lane, Upchurch from Monday the 29th of November 2021 for up to 5 days.
 
Wallbridge Lane will be closed between the junctions of Oak Lane and Horsham Lane.
 
The alternative route is via Otterham Quay Lane, Moor Street, London Road and Oak Lane.
 
This is to enable cabling investigation works to be carried out by Openreach.

Items Stolen from a Vehicle - Upchurch

On Sunday the 21st of November around 19:33, young people stole ramps and other items from a vehicle parked in Otterham Quay Lane, Upchurch.

Chainsaws Stolen - Rainham | Aggravated Burglary - Upchurch | Lead Flashing Stolen - Upchurch

At 11:00am on Tuesday the 23rd of November, 2 chainsaws stamped with H A TRIM, were stolen from South Bush Lane, Rainham, possibly by someone driving a small white van.

Crime Number: 46/241957/21

At 8:45pm on Monday the 22nd of November, a resident of The Poles, Upchurch, was hit on the head in an attempt to escape, by one of two intruders who had broken into his garage.

Crime Number: 46/242231/21

At 5:00pm on Tuesday the 23rd of November, an unknown male stole lead flashing from a porch roof in Holywell Lane, Upchurch.
