Have your say on proposed changes to adult Community health services

Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wants your views on a redesign that will transform the way adult community health services are delivered in the area.

There are 7 key changes proposed that would make services more joined up, allowing the CCG to provide more services closer to people's homes with improved access hours. These proposals cover a wide range of services.

As part of the plans to improve adult community health services, Medway CCG is holding 4 public engagement events. Come along to any of the public engagement events to find out more about the proposals to improve adult community healthcare services in Medway.

Temporary Road Closure - Meresborough Lane, Hartlip

A closure of Meresborough Lane, Hartlip is planned from Wednesday 3rd October 2018 for up 3 days.

Meresborough Lane will be closed between the junctions with South Bush Lane and Spade Lane, with no through access.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via South Bush Lane, A2  London Road and Spade Lane.

Access to the remainder of Meresborough Lane continues from either direction up to where the road is actually closed.

The closure is to enable Southern Water to carry out works to provide a new water supply.

Due to the nature of these works, it will not be possible to re-open the road outside the working hours.

There is a chance that the works may over run for such reasons as adverse weather conditions or unforeseen engineering difficulties.
