Urgent Road Closure - Poot Lane


Poot Lane, Upchurch will be closed to through traffic, on or after Monday the 5th of September 2016 for up to 3 Days.

The road will be closed at the junction of The Street to the junction with Shoregate Lane.

The alternative route is via The Street.

It is planned that the road will be closed between 08:00 and 16:00.

The closure is necessary to enable carriageway maintenance to be carried out by KCC.

This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site, and is valid for a period of no more than 5 days.

NOTICE is hereby given that a vacancy has occurred in the membership of the above Parish Council.

Under the Local Government Act 1972, ten electors can petition for an election by writing to the Proper Officer at Swale Borough Council, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, ME10 3HT within 14 working days of the date of this Notice.

If no petition is received within that time period, the Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-opting a person onto the Parish Council.
