Upchurch Parish Council - Vehicular Damage to the Allotment Fence

The fence below (opposite the Bishop Lane junction) was damaged on Tuesday the 14th of June at around 9:30pm.

We believe a black vehicle was involved. As this fence is the property of Upchurch Parish Council and will need to be repaired using money from the Precept, we would be grateful if anyone that saw the incident could contact the Clerk with any details.
